How can I clean up index fields for on-premise systems?
 
Answer:

Commencing in DocuWare 7.11, the Index Cleaner was removed from the DocuWare Client Setup. Nonetheless, several options are available to perform similar functions previously offered by the Index Cleaner.

 

DocuWare Autoindex can be utilized to edit index entries (see KBA-36340 for more information), .NET API can be used to edit these indexes (see https://developer.docuware.com/index.html for more information), and the Change index entries for all documents from the file cabinet may also be used to bulk edit index entries.



KBA is applicable to On-premise Organizations ONLY.
