Question:
How do I apply for a JBIG license for the storageRobot?

Answer:

Note:
Manually modifying the configuration file can cause a single configuration or the entire application to stop working or work incorrectly. Therefore, always create a backup copy of your configuration file before making any changes and make absolutely sure that you use the exact spelling of parameters and values. You modify the configuration file at your own risk.

Open storageRobot's configuration file (usually located at %programdata%\StorageRobot ) and enter your license key at the position Jbig2ModuleLicenseKey. If this entry is not yet included in your storageRobot configuration file, it can easily be added.
Snippet of the configuration file:

<?xml version=“1.0” encoding=“utf-8”?>
<ConfigurationRepository>
  <GlobalConfigurations>
    <General>
  <DmsDistribution>DocuwarePlatform</DmsDistribution>
  <DmsDistributionSelected>True</DmsDistributionSelected>
  <Jbig2ModuleLicenseKey></Jbig2ModuleLicenseKey>
</General>
<Objects />
</GlobalConfigurations>

If you use JBIG2 compression but do not yet have a license, our support team will be happy to help.
