Behavior:
When testing a call using Natif.AI's web service, the following error message is shown;
"Test request does not exist."
Solution:
This error may occur when the PDF file is absent; therefore, it is unable to send the test request to Natif.AI. Please refer to the following guide to solve this behavior;
- Browse to %appdata%\DocuWare\Workflow Designer\OpenApi
- Take the PDF file you will use for training in Natif.AI, then drop it in this location.
- Rename the file to testrequest so it is displayed as "testrequest.pdf"
Once completed, send the request again from the Web Service activity, which should now proceed without error.
