Behavior:
I have DocuWare for Outlook installed, but do not have Send & Store enabled. Yet, when sending an email, I'll get a popup notification about the email processing.
Solution:
By product design, DocuWare for Outlook checks in the background if Send&Store is enabled. Outlook shows briefly that the add-in is working on this email even if the mail is not stored.

One known root cause is a poor internet connection. Currently, this dialog cannot be prevented from appearing in Outlook.
