Scenario:
The Local Data Connector is failing to maintain the DocuWare Credentials. This may occur several times a day, and the credentials must be reentered each time.
Solution:
This is a known issue with Local Data Connector 8.2.0.0. To resolve this, please update to LDC version 8.2.1.0 or higher as optimizations were made to mitigate the problem.
