When attempting to log into a DocuWare account, a message indicating "DocuWare has been opened in a new window. You can close this one" appears.







Answer: 
To resolve this message, check to ensure that the "Open Client in a new window" option is not enabled. If it is, uncheck this option and then ask the affected user(s) to test the behavior. They should no longer see this message.
