Answer:
User Provisioning automatically syncs users every 40 minutes, ensuring your user list stays up to date. If you need to sync users immediately such as after making changes, administrators can utilize the Provision on Demand feature. Simply select the users you want and they’ll be synced to your DocuWare Cloud system right away.
The Windows Task Scheduler does not control User Provisioning in DocuWare Cloud. All provisioning tasks are managed within the DocuWare Cloud User Provisioning interface.
