Answer:
Since MSMQ is no longer utilized by DocuWare, you will simply need to restart the Server Messaging Service.
In DocuWare versions 7.13, the Server Messaging Service is restarted via DocuWare Service Control.
In DocuWare versions 7.14 and higher, the service is restarted by selecting the Restart button via the DocuWare Server Manager application.
