We are installing FortisBlue for a new customer and they have requested to have FormIt also installed. We quoted them the price for the minmum 5 user license. They are asking what that means from a licensing stand point. Is it 5 concurrent licenses? We are going to put a link on their web site that users will use to fill out the forms and submit to FortisBlue. Does the license mean that only 5 users at at time can access the forms, or howexactly does the license work?

Tim,

Frevvo uses concurrent licenses:

So I need to be sure here. If I have a form on a web page and fifty people open the form and submit it, that is not subject to the license count. Inly people who are loggen in to formit count against the license?

Is that correct?

I have had no response from my post yesterday. The customer is very concerned about this issue. Can someone confirm what I asked yesterday? Please.

Tim,

If the forms are public, any number of users can use the form at the same time. However, only five users can be logged into the Web Client itself; for a five user license.
