Change DW Licencia Enterprise to Professional

I have a client who currently has the Dw Saas Enterprise license, and now they buy the Docuware in Professional version on premise
What do I need to do to make the change?

I just have to go to the Dw Administration and import the new license and that's it?

or what are the steps to follow to make this change?

as far as i know you cannot downgrade to professional once you are running enterprise
