We had a default password for our prior AD Synch program.  That does not work since we upgraded to the cloud based application.  What is the default DocuWare password?  I had hoped it would be the network password for the user but that is not working.

Hi Joann,

when creating DocuWare users, the UserSync app assigns passwords randomly for security reasons.
The users must reset their passwords. An e-mail is automatically sent for this.
If you use Single Sign-On in DocuWare Cloud 7.3, the DocuWare password is irrelevant.
