Table in Forms

Is it possible to use a table in the webforms?
Kind of excel section.

Case:
Customer needs to fill in which new machines need to be maintained. So column A: machine Type, Column B: Location, Column C: serialnumber.

Possibility to use more than 1 machine / lines.
