Behavior:
Attachments in Emails sent from the Workflow are zipped
Solution:
Open following 2 files:
C:\Programmes\Docuware\BackgroundProcessService\DocuWare.BackgroundProcessService.LongLiving.GenericProcess.exe.config
C:\Programmes\Docuware\BackgroundProcessService\DocuWare.BackgroundProcessService.LongLiving.GenericProcess.x86.exe.config
Open following 2 files:
C:\Programmes\Docuware\BackgroundProcessService\DocuWare.BackgroundProcessService.LongLiving.GenericProcess.exe.config
C:\Programmes\Docuware\BackgroundProcessService\DocuWare.BackgroundProcessService.LongLiving.GenericProcess.x86.exe.config
Change the value for "ZipDocumentInEmail" to false (Line 39)
Then restart the background Process Server.
