I am looking for some good practises about monitoring DocuWare. Could you suggest me what is worth to monitor in DocuWare system, which parameters should be periodically checked?
For sure I will monitor operation system, and in DocuWare scope check if all Server ports are open, but it is not enough. I could also check if REST API responds. Are there any particular methods in REST API, that are dedicated for monitoring, whuch could confirm me that system works properly? What else could be added to monitoring in DocuWare system?
Do you have sample Zabbix templates (I will set up monitoring on Zabbix) that you could share?
