Answer:
ACTIVE IMPORT cannot run mail jobs on an Office 2010 x64 installations. The mail client is not recognized by ACTIVE IMPORT.

If you use Office 2010 and installed it via “Click-to-run”, you cannot use mail jobs via ACTIVE IMPORT as virtual system drives were created during the “Click-to-run” installation which ACTIVE IMPORT cannot access.
