If a recognition template has an blank at the end of the name, for instance "test .tpl" and the template was assigned over the Administration. Then in the DocuWare Client in the basket administration appears the message that the configuration file for the basket could not be found. The basket had to be choosed new after every login.
So you can delete the blank at the end of the name from the recognition template (and assign it new). After that the recognition templates are always there.
