Behavior:
When the Workflow Designer is starting, the following message is displayed
"your login session has expired”
Solution:
It is necessary to check in the database management tool (eg MySQL Query Browser) if the database "dwworkflowengine" has been successfully created, and if the following tables exists too:
- actions
- instancestable
- permission roles
- publish settings
- users
- workflows
If the database or single tables are not created although the DocuWare server "Workflow Engine" is installed, then Please open a support case and provide direct information on the failed database "dwworkflowengine".
Review the log of the Workflow Designer (wfe-designer.log) tat can be found where this module is installed. By default, the path is C:\Program Files\DocuWare\Workflow Designer.
