Behavior:
Error message: "The platform service did not return a valid login cookie. Downloading files from baskets and rendering of files will not work. The URI of the platform service is http://server_name/docuware/platform"

Solution:
This message is can be caused by an underscore in the server name, like "DW_Server". The solution would be to rename the server to, for example, "DWserver". Otherwise Microsoft Internet Explorer will be unable to store cookies.
