Error loading basket: An item with the same key has already been added.

Behavior:
Error loading basket: An item with the same key has already been added. The user settings for that user are corrupted.

Solution:
Please proceed as follows :

1. Create a backup of the DWSYSTEM database 
2. Note the UID of the user concerned .Open DWSystem.DWUser .
3. Note the USetID with Type 'DocuWare.Settings.WebClient.WebBasketAreaPreferences , DocuWare.Settings ' and the UID of the affected user.Open DWSystem.DWUsersettings .
4. Search for the USetID the affected user and delete the line (If you use several Webinstances check the webID in DWSystem.DWWebinstance .Open DWSystem.DWUsersettingstowebinstance.
5. Now go back to DWUsersettings and delete the line with the USetID of the affected user from Step 3.

When the user logs on to the Web client, the previously deleted " WebBasketAreaPreferences " recreated.
