How to fix Error Message "File cabinet with ID xxx is not assigned to the user"

Behavior:
You are getting the following error message when trying to store a document.
 

Solution:
The web basket where the document is been stored from is associated with file cabinet where the user does not have access rights.
Try editing the basket setting and re-assigning the default file cabinet. You can also create a new web basket for that specific file cabinet.
