What do you need to use Connect to SharePoint?
Answer:
Next to a Connect to SharePoint licence you need one of the three different SharePoint versions:
1. SharePoint Foundation
2. SharePoint Standard
3. SharePoint Enterprise
To use Connect to SharePoint, DocuWare needs two things
1. Record Center
2. Federated Search
To set up Connect to Sharepoint (Setting up a web instance) you need these three things on your machine:
1. IIS
2. DocuWare Web Modules
3. Connect to MFP Moules
The Record Center is not part of SharePoint Foundation.
This means that you need SharePoint Standard or higher to use Connect to SharePoint
SharePoint Online is not supported!
