Behavior:
Since DocuWare version 6.8 the fieldindex is gone and the fieldID is used for the file cabinet fields.
Solution:
That's why you have to adapt the field mapping for the Routing Typs at the Connect to Sharepoint Record Center.
Before the Sharepoint-Field <> DocuWare-Field mapping was done with the fieldindex.
Routing Typ till DocuWare version 6.7
Routing Typ since DocuWare Version 6.8
Fieldattributes since DocuWare Version 6.8
