Behavior:
After creating or editting a stamp you selected, a specific font for either the stamp information, or the content (or both).
When viewing the stamp on a document, the standard serif font is used and not the font you selected.
Solution
Documents presented in the Web Client Viewer are rendered on the DocuWare server. The font you selected is probably not installed on the server, therefore DocuWare cannot use the font.
- For On-Premise installations, you can install the required font on the server, or select a standard font.
- For Cloud users, you must select a font from the standard list of fonts install on Windows Servers.
*Note: Not all fonts are usable, be careful to select safe standard type fonts such as Arial, Verdana, Lucinda, Serif, Tahoma etc.
