Behavior:
When you go to store a document into a file cabinet, you receive the following error: "The Capacity Limit does not Allow any Storage of Documents".
Solution:
First, you need to identify the type of DocuWare License you have:
- Log into the DocuWare Administration.
- Expand out the "General" tab.
- Select "License".
- "Server Version" will tell you what kind of license you have.
If you have a Business License then you have reached your storage limit.
- Business license file cabinets have a 4GB storage capacity limit per cabinet (equates to approximately 42,000 documents per file cabinet assuming a document size of approximately 100 KB).
To continue storing you will need to create a new file cabinet.
