I have attached the Bank Cheques in which MICR Font E13B is used and that line is not readable by the OCR in Document Processing. So please help me if any one knows about the issue. I also download this font and installed it on the Docuware onprem server but issue persist.

I do not believe your issue is DocuWare related.
These files have already been read and the text has been stored in the PDF.
If you open the files in Adobe and try to copy the text the read was not correct.
I took the images and created clean PDF document image and ran Adobe Clear OCR engine on the text and
NONE of the MICR line was considered legible. Many of the words on the cheque are obscured by ink lines and also will not be readable.
The data that DocuWare's engine was able to glean was as follows.

Bank AC Habib Limited GITI TOWER BR. SH·E-FAISAL, KHI. ,{Ju/I-; ladtn Pay (PVT) or SEESAM SOLUTIONS LTO. IB AN PK7A SEESAMSOL 05 8101 S(PRIVATE)LIM.ITED Director

This is about the same data that Adobe and other engines could read.  I did find one engine that could read it but I did not test it.  It is free and made by Zebra.  There are stipulations on how it is presented ( the amount of quiet zone etc) but in theory it should read it but, you would have to push it into DocuWare in order to make it searchable.

In short, the MICR was designed to be read by a special engine and many OCR engines cannot read it.

Hi Amjad Islam,

I second the comment from Craig Williams, The OCR in the PDF is NOT created by DocuWare. It is probably created by the software, that created the PDF, whatever this is. You could try to force the DocuWare OCR to read it, it is described here: KBA-36285  · DocuWare Support Portal
Additionally you could then try different advanced OCR settings described here: https://knowledgecenter.docuware.com/docs/configurations-text-recognition#text-advanced-settings

But this is a very special font, that might only be readable by special software.
