How can I configure DocuWare to automatically clip documents of the same key index criteria. Such as company name, if both documents have the same company name the system should automatically clip these documents without user interaction.

How can I configure DocuWare to flag for duplicate documents when a user is trying to store a document that already exists within the system? I want DocuWare to be able to flag the user before they proceed to store the duplicate document. Kindly assist.

Thank you for your response. My complaint is not from the workflow side. I do know that we can use time delays to delay a task from being received by the end users but my complaint is related to multiple instances of a workflow. Lets say I have 20 tasks in my task list pending my approval. Immediately I click on the task it opens up the document in the viewer. Once I have seen the content and decided to approve that through the dialogs, it immediately triggers the next task in my task list and opens up the next document. So how do I prevent this from happening because users get confused sometimes especially if the documents are similar they wonder whether they are on the previous document or its moved to a new document that needs approval. Users are not very tech savvy so they would like the document viewer to be empty after they approve a particular task and not until they open the new task that's when the next document should appear. I hope this helps.
