You must run this as a User who has Local Admin rights on that PC.  Some users are restricted from running software installs.

You can also browse to the prerequisites folder on the docuware server and copy them to that pc and then just run them as administrator. This works as well without having to log in as a local account.

Please browse to the prerequisites folder on the DocuWare server, installation files>DocuWare and Modules> client setup>prerequisites and copy the prerequisites folder to that pc and run them as an administrator.
