Flujo de trabajo predefinido Restaurar

El flujo de trabajo de restauración desapareció pero se nos comentó en un curso pasado lo siguiente:
Una herramienta de línea de comando estará disponible para restaurar la base de datos de la copia de seguridad.

Me podrían dar esa línea de comando y como poder aplicarla.
