Email config - PDF with annotations

I received an email about "Routing Email to Multiple Addresses in Workflow" and it had an image (attached) that showed a function I need: "as PDF with annotations".

I have a project that I need to send the PDF files with the stamps by email, however I have docuware version 7.12 installed on my VM and it doesn't have this function.
How can I find or activate this function?

Note: The attachment is from the email I received and not from my machine.

Use URL integration in the workflow email notification to include a link to download the document with annotations instead of attaching the document.  It's a workaround.
