Behavior:
When setting up a Time Delay step in my Workflow, I select "Time Delay", and the following error is shown;

"There are no global variables to select from"

Solution:
To resolve this issue, please have a global variable of the data type "DateTime" created. This happens because the "Time Delay" option will only accept DateTime global variables.

KBA is applicable to both Cloud and On-premise Organizations

  • Approvers prefer to receive all tasks at once rather than receiving emails sporadically.

    I understand there are two ways to trigger a workflow: document event or schedule. But within a workflow, after multiple tasks, how can I set a scheduled trigger to send the task notification email to the assignee every Monday at 10 AM?
