Edward, does this customer have access to Workflow Manager?  If so, you can configure more complex email notification workflows in it.

The "Merge Layers" feature only works for file cabinet records for which the original file type is PDF.

You're already assigning GV_Full__Name in the data assignment prompt.  Check out my attached revision.

What does the data assignment activity look like?

    Compare with this: DW_VENDOR_NAME + "_" + DW_INVOICE_NUMBER

When this customer has to view, download, or send this file cabinet document as an email attachment it has a useful filename.

Yes, that's it.  If you want something fancier, you can add a hidden field such as "Filename" or something and have AIX or Workflow update it so the filename is LNAME_DOCTYPE or similar.

Which field are you using for Document Name in the file cabinet configuration?

Phil's config will work for 7.1, but for anything 7.0 and previous, you'll need:

Store Date "Is (where clause)" >CURRENTDATE()

Because I believe DW system Store Date used to evaluate current date as datetime, so current date was always newer than store date even if was the same day.

It changes for the better in 7.1!
