my client is dealing with a problem. There was today 6 invoices that have not been stored to Docuware. in Docuware Desktop apps i can see that the status for all these invoices is "Successful" and there was no error in the Automatic Email Manager during the import job. But then when i search the invoice, i cannot find it or i can´t find any invoice imported today. (and everything was working normally till today morning).
Was there a bug today in Docuware or something?
I hope i can get a response as soon as possible.
