I have a cloud account with Forms and we have a behavior that when a selection = signature, the required, else hidden.  Signature works fine if there is no behavior on it, but when behavior is on, you can not sign in the signature field.  This is consistant.  Has anyone found a solution for this?

  • Sorry if I confussed.  When

Fri, 07 Dec 2018 23:45:23 GMT – Modified Date shows as todays date with Drag and Drop to folders.-1544222535

Sorry if I confussed.  When saving the document the date that is being saved is not the modification date that shows on the document in the reader pane and is the actual file modification date, but as you can see in the Document date field in the store dialog, it shows todays date. See screen shot. As you can see from my database field setup in the post before, I did choose Modification date, which when looking and the properties of the file shows the date as 10/07/2016.

    HI Folks,

I created a Folder dialog and I am using a Store Dialog specifically to have the correct fields.  I have the Document date field in the database set to Predefined as Modification date.  When I drag my files in to the folder it imports with todays date not the modification date.  When I open the document and look at the bottom, the date is still the correct modification date, not todays date.  Am I missing something?????

Thanks for any help you can give.  My client is calling this a big deal!!!

  • Offline Forms to integrate with DocuWare forms

Tue, 20 Nov 2018 23:26:40 GMT – Offline Forms to integrate with DocuWare forms-1542760000

    HI Folks,

I have an agricultural customer that I built 20 HR forms in Enlish and Spanish.  They use an iPad in the fields to fill out all required HR forms.  There are areas that do nto have cell service and are asking if there is a way to use some sort of local forms then upload them to DocuWare. Has anyone found anything that could help?

Thanks in advance for any advise.

Wed, 17 Oct 2018 20:37:46 GMT – Connect to Outlook not getting folder name from subfolder.-1539813825

If you create the folder structure with the a Sub folders of the inbox, it works.  You would think it would be the oposite but not ture.  Example.  I create my Clients folder at the same level as InBox then inside of that I created the Sub folder of the client folders.  This comes up with client name from the source of folder as InBox. Not the SubFolder that the client file is under.

If you create a sub folder at the same level as InBox, for this example called Clients then create my clients folders under this one, the field source of folder is called what the subfoilder that the file is coming from.  Attached is my screen shot to make this a little clearer.

Wed, 17 Oct 2018 20:03:45 GMT – Connect to Outlook not getting folder name from subfolder.-1539813825

Created a folder in my inbox called TestClient.  I setup the config with the Index field of Client Name, mapped source from Email Property of Folder Name.  It indexes this as InBox not the subfolder that the files originated from.  There is no option to get the Sub Folder Name.  anyone have an idea how I can get this?

  • MSG files import without attachments.

    Mon, 24 Sep 2018 19:39:56 GMT – MSG files import without attachments.-1537825196

    HI Folks,

I am converting a large amount of files for a Law office.  They have email msg files stored in a windows folder called Emails. When I double click and open the MSG it shows attachments that I can then open as well.  When I import them into DocuWare with a standard Import config, the MSG imports but the attachments to not.  Does anyone have a way to do this.  There are litterally hundreds of thousands of these emails with attachments.  This is for a big law firm.

    Any help would be appriciated.

    Thanks,

    Michael
