    Can you verify that the fmconfig.txt file shows the correct version for Fortis?
    Maybe some files from the Fortis directory were not upgraded correctly.

    That's true David, there are versions up to 6.12 for FortisBlue. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, we'll get have that FAQ article updated.

    FortisBlue upgrades are not cumulative.
    With that said, the path would be closer to how you described it in A.
    You'll need to step through each upgrade step by step.
