Hi,

I cant get the validated ID demo to send me the token.

It states Invalid ViDSigner subscription name or password.

But im using the correct username and opassword i registered with and can log on with.

Any help appreciated.

Customer has desktop apps loaded and is working fine but they want to add connect to outlook. When we run the setup as admin it

says about abandonded mutex and also the bootstrapper wait handler or access denied.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Ive added in the Trigger for when a index has changed on an existing document,

Ive added a matchcode so that the Project Code file cab equals the projet code of the source
If multiple matching data records found in the source for a document is set to Use all data records for indexing

Ive assigned data to change an index.

ISSUE IS  - When i make this work as an index change trigger it only changes the index of the one doc.

If i copy this Autoindex set up and make the trigger a scheduled event and dont change any of the settings it will fill all the indexes of the docs that match.

Any ideas?

I want to be able to flatten a merge PDF after its been been created in a form and all data assinged to the PDF. I dont want anyone having the ability to change the PDF when its completed its joureny throught the work flows.

is this possible?

Hi,

I've got the 7.4 test environment set up and i would like to test the CSV export tool that's part of the desktop apps.

When i open the app it asks for the configuration xml file. 

can we have a copy of the file to try and then configure ourselves?

HI,

I've set up a check for duplicates work flow using the knowledge base KBA-36363

But when we test the workflow it states some_string,Some_String_1,Some_String_2 ( see pic attached) no matter if its a duplicate PONumber or not. So i cant get it to say its not a duplicate. 

Any help appreciated.

Is there a guide on the amount of disk space required for a certain amount of documents stored?

example 100 pdfs imported and fulltext search will take up x amount of disk space ( roughly)
