Peter Han Senior Systems Administrator

I am pretty new to Docuware Cloud and was not apart of its initial onboarding process for our organization.  I am looking for documentation on how backup & restoration works for the cloud based Docuware, can anyone point me in the right direction?  Most of what I found so far references on-premise installations.
