The FAQ site was only down for a few weeks last summer after a security breach. The new FAQ site has been up and running for many months. While transferring the FAQ's to the new site they were all being double checked for accuracy. With over 3000 FAQ's to check there is no doubt that a few got through without being updated. All of this has been communicated to our Resellers and customers.
I have requested the Silent Install FAQ be updated to include DocuWare 7, and have asked the Cloud Team to provide the correct URL for the install files.

There is an issue with printing from Chrome. What you can do is to use Printer PS this will print in color from Chrome.

Indeed, it appears that Chrome reads the printer properties, and not find a color setting defaults to black & white. I could find a work-around in Chrome so this will need to be reported to R&D for comment. The only work-around at the moment would be to print to a PDF printer and then drag the document in to the web tray.

I just ran this command for DocuWare 7 without error.
DocuWare.ClientSetupCmd.exe install --auto --server=http://server01 --orgId=1

There is no color or black & white setting for DocuWare printer. It should print the document in the same color depth as the orginal.

Absolutely not. No system entry can be changed. That includes Stored Date Time, Stored By, Modified Date Time and Modified By.
Why would you want to change these entries anyway?

This seems to indicate a problem with the file cabinets rather than the stamps. My experience wopuld tell me that there is a problem in the system database. You should open a support request.
