• RE: Notification only for one user

    Dear Mr. Kuhlmann,

in Notifications, you can configure an recipient via an Index entry.
You could create a field in which the current processor is entered. You can then define this user as the recipient in the notification.
This means that only the current processor receives an e-mail.

  • RE: enable guest accounts

    Dear Mr. Donato,

to enable a guest account you have to create a user and configure the access rights.
Afterwards you can set this new created user as an guest account within the DocuWare Administration.
Navigate to: [Your Organization] -> General. In the section "Web Access" you can find the option "Guest Login" where you can select the User which should be used as Guest account.

Please note: When a user logs in as Guest, this user will use a license.

If any further questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

  • RE: Store Automatically from Document Tray keeping Predefined Index in Store Dialog

    Hello Christophe,

This is behavior by design. The predefined values will only be used, if the respective field is either "Read only" or "Not visible".
As a workaround you can create another Store Dialog with the Date field as read only and make this dialog default.
