  • Pop Up Information on field

    Dear Mr. Ogbara,

unfortunately we cannot present a standard way to do this as it is a not supported operation.
You would have to edit the page information that are hosted on your IIS server if you are using an on-premises installation

  • DocuWare Cloud: How can I reset Intelligent Indexing modelspace?

    Dear Mr. French,

the intelligent indexing model space in cloud can only be reset by creating a support request for our support department.

Things you have to keep in mind:
All information which were already learned by Intelligent Indexing will be lost.
That means intelligent indexing will learn again from scratch.

I would also like to share this interesting FAQ article with you:
    https://www.docuware.com/support_faq/index.php?action=artikel&cat=205&id=2899&artlang=en
This article targets DocuWare 6.11 but it's still about the core intelligent indexing learning.

  • Two Solr instances

    Dear Mr. Shriver,

two Full Text server connections seem very unlikely to be intended.

it seems that there is some kind of error within the configuration.
What you could try would be to investigate further into the solr.xml
    located in "C:\Program Files\DocuWare\Full-Text Server (x64)\webapps\solrt\solr"
and see how many cores there are listed corresponding to the amount of your file cabinets.

Non the less the problem itself seems more tricky then it initially is so i highly
recommend to open a support case to get help on that.
Editing the solr.xml without proper help could cause damage to the system.

For resetting Full Text in DocuWare 6.12 you can look at this FAQ article:
    https://www.docuware.com/support_faq/index.php?action=artikel&cat=194&id=3467&artlang=en

    C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\*

beim jeweiligen Server (AS, Worklfow, CS etc.)
            <dataProvider name="SqlClient"
                checkVersion="true"

Mit freundlichen Grüßen | With best regards
