  • How to copy data from system field "Document Size" to a custom field using Autoindex?

Tue, 27 May 2025 09:28:58 GMT – How to copy data from system field "Document Size" to a custom field using Autoindex?

    Hi everyone,

I need to copy the data from the system field "Document Size" (DWSize) into a custom field I’ve created in the file cabinet, using an Autoindex workflow.

However, in the Autoindex configuration, the "Document Size" field does not appear as a source field or as a match field, so I can't map it directly.

Is there a way to do this using Autoindex, without using SQL or external tools? Or is the only option to use a custom query with an external database connection?

Thanks in advance for your help!
