Date format for Printer Configs

Need some help with converting the date format on templates.  This example the template is using long format of month, day, yyyy

I need to have it as month day year ...mm,dd,yyyy

Please see print screen. 

I have went through the various county locations and could not find this

here is what you should have - even if it's not in dropdown choices, just type it in

MMMM d,yyyy

OR 

MMMM d, yyyy

- depending on presens of a space after comma.

Good stuff i got it working ...too many to choose from ...did not know if we could edit the format
