Use Stamp information to fill an index field-1522926459

Hi,

Is it possible to use information in a stamp to fill a metadata field?

The customer wants to be able to search for info they have put in a "comment" field on stamps.

Absolutely you can do that. In DocuWare Administration, expand the stamps section and then open the help. It will guide you through updating an index field with information entered on a stamp. Once you define a field for inserting data you can select select the DocuWare index field you wish to update.
