Hi all

Anyone else having trouble signing into the DocuWare Academy?

I can sign into support, the main DocuWare site and the Partner Portal as normal, but when trying to access the Academy I get redirected to a Microsoft log in (which tells me I don't exist within DocuWare GmbH) and not the usual DocuWare ID sign in - this despite being logged in already! Same happens if I am logged out too. 

HELP!

Hi Peter

Try using an incognito window and going to JUST academy.docuware.com - then go to the Home page and you SHOULD see Log In with Docuware ID, instead of the Microsoft log in. 

That's how I EVENTUALLY got in, but it is not a long term solution...
