we are not sure if this case is still current for you but we wanted to make sure that
your request is covered.
regarding your question:
we have just checked the behavior and were trying to reproduce the situation
but couldn't make it fault.
have you checked the behavior in different browsers?
maybe a browser add in is blocking the operation somehow.
one thing you could do would be to restart your IIS and reset the MSMQ:

otherwise you could create a support request for our software support team if you need further assistance.
anyhow: updating to the latest service pack is always advisable if your using an on premises installation.
