Behavior:
Imaging Server does not start: wrong argument Count.
Solution:
To fix this issue, you first have to deregister the service. To do so, either right click on Imaging Server in DocuWare Administration and choose "de-register" or execute the following command using CMD:
sc delete DWImagingService
After successfully deregistering the Imaging Server, you will be able to reregister the Imaging Server in the administration tool. This action can be done by right-clicking on the Imaging Server node and then selecting “register”. Now enter the following information for the Imaging Server:
- Name
- Organization
- Imaging Server path
Alternatively, you can uninstall and reinstall the Imaging Server via DocuWare Setup.
