Behavior:
Printing a document from WORD/EXCEL in Letter format results always in a A4 format PDF in DocuWare. If printing with another format like A3, A5 or Tabloid, Legal you get the correct format in the PDF-document.
Solution:
There's a very hidden unknown option in the WORD or EXCEL settings which is responsible for this behaviour: Excel: File -> Options -> Advanced -> Category General -> Disable "Scale content for A4 or 8.5x11" paper sizes"
Word: File -> Options -> Advanced -> Categors Print -> Disable "Scale content for A4 or 8.5x11" paper sizes"
