Active Import sometimes does not import documents or stops

Behavior:
DocuWare Active Import module sometimes stops working and doesn't import documents anymore.

Solution:

• Try running Active Import in server mode.
• If you are using network resources try using local resources (local folders to where Active Import is running).
• if you are using Recognition templates then check DEP in that machine. 
• If you are connecting to database or data files, perhaps is too big or it is losing connection.
