Behavior:
In a Terminal Server environment the DocuWare Windows Client does not start, the session freezes every time the client is started and has to be reconnected. The following entry can be found in the Windows Event Log:
"The Desktop Window Manager has exited with code (0x40010004)."
Solution:
After adding the entry "DisableInking" to the registry, it is possible to work with the DocuWare Client again.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DocuWare\DocuWare\DACS\500 -> DWORD "DisableInking"
Set the value to "1" to disable the TabletPC components.
