Solution:
Check if the Common OCR is correctly installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\DocuWare\OCR.
Maybe is necessary to reinstall it from command line.
Copy file DocuwareCommonOCR.msi from the DocuWare setuppath to the c:\ drive and use command
msiexec /i DocuwareCommonOCR.msi
to reinstall it.
