Some scanner drivers include image enhancement. This includes, for example the deletion of blank pages, image enhancements or de-skew.
If these settings are also adjusted again in DocuWare WebScan, you may see a scanner operation error. Check which functions you have activated in Web Scan.
First of all it would be better to deactivate all scan enhancements in WebScan and then activate them one at a time and test. This should expose the settings that is causing the problem.
